Faro Strategies
We help nonprofits, development organizations, and communities navigate complexity and advance their goals.
What We Do

At Faro Strategies, we help mission-driven organizations navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and achieve impact. Drawing on decades of experience in international development and community-based work, we offer practical support across four core areas:Strategy & FacilitationWe guide organizations through strategic planning, adaptive learning processes, and multi-stakeholder facilitation. Whether developing a new roadmap or rethinking how to work in dynamic environments, we help clarify direction and align action.

Research and EvaluationWe design and implement mixed-method evaluations, learning agendas, and participatory research initiatives that generate actionable insights. Our work supports better decision-making, accountability, and learning for both funders and implementers.

Organizational DevelopmentWe strengthen internal capacity through coaching, systems support, and organizational design. We help teams improve collaboration, clarify roles, and align structure to mission—whether at start-up or during a period of change.

Communications and LearningWe craft narratives, knowledge products, and communication strategies that help organizations tell their story and connect with key audiences. We also support learning system design and the translation of evidence into influence.
